How I Doubled Demo Requests in No-Time 🚀

The 5-Step Strategy to Skyrocket Your Demo Requests

Recently, a SaaS client of mine was stuck. They had a decent monthly volume of demo requests, but it had stagnated. So, we sat down and came up with this simple 5-step strategy that resulted in doubling the amount of demo requests.

Here's how you can do it too!

1) Analyze Your Current Clients & define your segments

Start by analyzing your current clients based on the industry they're in (e.g., Technology, Information & Internet).

List them out and for the sake of testing this as an experiment, choose the 1 industry or segment that you believe is the best fit.

For this example, we'll use software development companies.

2) Build your Social Proof

Now that you have decided on the industry or segment you want to test this with, it's time to start developing 1 killer case study.

Focus on:

  • Your biggest brand (known in the segment or industry)

  • Telling their story (what problem did they have?)

  • Explain how you helped them solve that problem

  • Showcase the outcome in clear numbers

  • Add a testimonial to build credibility.

3) Setup Albacross as data intent platform

  1. Go visit Albacross and create a profile (you can even do a free 30 day trial to test this strategy out for yourself before committing long-term).

  2. Start creating filters and add the following:

    1. Last seen: within 90 days

    2. Industries: your chosen industry

    3. Duration: at least 1 minute on website

  3. Save the filter as a custom segment and name it: High-Intent - "Industry" - LinkedIn

4) Create and activate an Albacross workflow

  1. Go to the template section of workflows

  2. Click on LinkedIn

  3. Select your saved segment

  4. Link your Google Ads Account

  5. Link your Linkedin Audience (you want your Albacross companies to go to)

5) Create your Always-On LinkedIn Campaign

Now for the final step, putting it all together and in motion.

  1. Go to the LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  2. Create a campaign with a conversion goal

  3. Target the audience you created in Albacross (software development industry in this case)

  4. Upload your relevant case study ad

  5. Let it fly 🚀

  1. Showcase the most impressive result

  2. Use direct quotes from the client to add authenticity

  3. Include Before-and-After Visuals

  4. Focus on a Single Problem-Solution Story

  5. Add a Strong Call-to-Action (low-friction)
